Meet Izyan Nadeem (pronounced Eye-zen). This is his first year in journalism, and he joined because of his passion for writing and his goal to major in Economics in the future. Izyan hopes to one day publish impactful articles and projects addressing modern global challenges while offering insight into meaningful solutions.

He is the President of the newly founded Creative Writing Club and the Vice President of the Chess Club. Beyond academics, Izyan has a deep love for soccer. He has played competitive club soccer for three years and served as a youth soccer coach for a year and a half from his freshman through junior year.
