Chelsea is a student with a strong passion for history, geography, and global studies. Currently, she is involved in the journalism elective and is also considering joining the Asian Pacific Islanders (API) club in the future. Her interest in journalism stems from a deep appreciation for writing. Although she had not previously viewed writing as a personal strength, that changed in 8th grade when her English teacher offered meaningful feedback on a particular assignment. This encouragement sparked a genuine interest in writing and motivated her to explore the craft more seriously. Since then, she has developed a strong appreciation for written expression and is currently working on a personal writing project she hopes to publish online in the future. Her goal is to contribute to the class in many possible ways and further her writing abilities, as there is always room for improvement.
