Meet Jessica Mikhaiel! She’s a senior and this is her second year in journalism. Jessica is happy to be part of the class and is excited to continue finding new ways that she can be creative. She loves spending time with her friends and family, meeting new people, and trying new things. She is involved in many school clubs such as being president for MENA Club, vice president for Create for Kids, parliamentarian for Future Medical Students, and secretary for Journalism. She absolutely adores listening to music and discovering new artists. Jessica hopes that this year in Journalism will help her build confidence, help her get out of her comfort zone, sharpen her communication skills, and make lasting memories with her friends and classmates in her last year of high school. She's looking forward to working as a team, telling meaningful stories, getting involved in what’s happening around school, and forming new and special bonds with others around her!
