Meet Karina, a very energetic and social person that is up for any challenge. One fun fact about her is that she absolutely loves Garfield comic strips and such. In junior high, she was in a various amount of clubs and extracurriculars. This includes the drama club who put on the play Frozen Jr., VEX robotics where she got to the World Championship, and Algebra and Geometry mathletes. She is going to try to join SOAR robotics and C3 engineering in the future. Karina joined journalism to have a chance to put her thoughts and energy into words and works of art. She joined because she wanted to be part of a community that shares her goals and interests through socialization. She also recently heard that journalism does a couple of comic strips as well. While she does have little artistic talent, if you need some snappy jokes, storylines, or puns, she's your girl!
