Meet Valerie! She is currently a junior and in her first year of journalism. She is looking forward to participating in many clubs like Future Medicine Students, Art, Hispanic and Latinx Heritage, Psych Club, Create for Kids and hopefully more! She loves to be around her friends, help others, play instruments, and use her creativity freely which is one of the many reasons she decided to join journalism. She sees journalism as a great opportunity to express and better her writing.
